Abstract
Experiential learning is learning by doing, i.e. immersing students in practical encounters and using reflection to build new competencies. This chapter argues for integrating three complementary routes: (i) MOOCs, (ii) project-based learning, and (iii) internships, into undergraduate curricula, so that graduates leave with a skill set matched to what industry expects.
